Brief Presentation on Strokes [Risks, Prevention, Etc] presented by Matt
Matt Duke is a songwriter from the Philadelphia area that recently relocated to Delaware County explicitly for easier access to Swiss Farms. He has had the privilege of sharing the stage with artists such as Ani DiFranco, Pete Yorn, Adele, and Rocco Deluca over his many years of touring and is best known in his tight-knit group of friends as the humble guy that rescued 114 kittens from a burning Orange Julius back in 1992. His latest EP, creatively titled “Matt Duke, Vol. II”, will be released in November with the month’s proceeds donated to a favorite organization, Musicians on Call.
Philly's Andrea Nardello has garnered favorable comparisons to Melissa Etheridge and Shawn Colvin for melding pop songwriting smarts with a confessional and literate songwriting style, exploring relationships, romance, and her family life. She addresses these topics and more on her new EP Human, a record produced with long-time friend and collaborator Matt Duke in Nardello’s home.
