A Zeek Mitchell (Z) project, haZy cosmic jive performs a high energy David Bowie tribute, including Ziggy-era classics, deep cuts and more with Joey DiTullio. haZy cosmic jive also honors iconic artists influenced by and whom influenced Bowie. Original Z material, some clearly Bowie-influenced, also finds it way into haZy cosmic jive performances.
Tickets $15 in advance. $20 at the door. Advance sales close 5pm day of show.
Kelly Music for Life will provide complimentary beer, wine, seltzers, bottled water and coffee. Drinkware and ice provided. All drinks will be served in disposable cups. BYOB is also welcome for adults for an additional $5 donation. Must be 21 to consume alcohol. Masks are requested, but not required.

For all events, we are focusing on SAFETY. We have improved air filtration inside the Kelly Center for the safety of Customers, Staff and Performers. We have upgraded to Hospital Grade HEPA air filtration, Negative Air Ion filters and Apple Catechin filters with antiviral and antibacterial properties. These upgrades trap and deactivate microscopic bacteria and viruses, and can diminish or prevent the spread of diseases. Our HVAC draws in fresh air from outside, completely turning the inside air over every 5 minutes. We open the windows when appropriate to improve fresh air flow.

Having anchored Philly Loves Bowie Week 2020, haZy cosmic jive entertains audiences at clubs, festivals, private & corporate events. Based in Philly, where Bowie forged a career-long bond, haZy cosmic jive & Z are joined by a cast of premier Philly-area musicians, including Joey DiTullio (JDT). This duo version of haZy cosmic jive, consisting of Z and JDT, is a natural outgrowth of these 2 artists’ working relationship & friendship: recording original music and playing in Z’s original bands, as well as haZy cosmic jive.
Z has been a songwriter & recording artist, as well as performing solo & in various bands in the Philly region for over 40 years. In recent years, he can be found performing and releasing music & videos as “Zeek MitchelL”, Zeek’s alter ego “Z”, and as “haZy cosmic jive”. Home | Z (zdarklight.com)
